Our off-site catering service is available for  parties of 100 or more. We can cater your dinner party or luncheon with a menu designed to fit your needs.  Some of the large groups we have served include Southwest Airlines, Sears and Southern States Co-op, PepCo, BG&E & AIR FORCE ONE.  For parties of 100 people or more our professional caterers will deliver, serve the food & clean-up our area.  For parties of less than 100  people, delivery of the food and supplies can be arranged.
There will be a small travel fee for parties further than one hour.
We can also help with your Back-yard cookout with the best in slo-smoked ribs, chops & chicken, along with your homemade coleslaw, potato salad, macaroni & cheese & bbq beans by the 1/2 lb and 1 lb                                       Our Brisket took First Place in The Chesapeake Bay BBQ Contest held in August at Love Point State Park, Congratulations! to Danny, Mark, Ernie and the Gang.

 Pulled ( Carolina Style ) or Sliced ( Texas Style )  Beef and Pork                The pulled pork, pulled beef and pulled chicken are the best BBQ’s around. The meat is not sauced so be sure to ask for mild or hot bbq sauce. Served on the side. Served by the pound @ $ 13.00   includes sauce.   The sliced beef at Texas Ribs is Brisket @ $ 14.00 per pound and includes sauce.
